Currently, most State of Nevada Boards and Agency's create letterhead that includes the Nevada State Seal as well as the names of the governor, board or department officers as well as the organization address and contact information. This information is typically built in either text blocks, in a table or an image has been inserted and the text floated around it. Text blocks are inherently non-compliant and cannot be used for ADA purposes. When a table or text is floated around an image it violates the ADA requirement for images to be inline with text.
In order to remediate the letterhead the State Seal and the names of the governor and board or department officers has been created in a three-column format.
