Error: Alternative text for image is identical to link text

Issue: The alternative text for an image link is a repetition of the adjacent link text.

Resolution: Choose one of the following:

1. If the image is also a link, combine image and link to avoid redundancy. 
2. If the image is not linking, the link text is sufficient information and there should be no alternative text for the image (empty alt attribute). 
3. Place the image and link in a rich text area field instead of the image field to resolve the issue.

Consideration: When an image is used as a link the alternative text should describe the link destination rather than the image.
