Issue: The ID used for an element on the page is also used for another element on the page.
Resolution: ID's must be unique. If you are in a State CMS site, report the problem to Stateweb@admin.nv.gov as this is a developer issue.

Issue: The same access key is used for several items on the page.
Resolution: Access keys must be unique. Using standards like this helps user agent render content properly to the user. If you are in a State CMS site, report the problem to Stateweb@admin.nv.gov.
