If you've made a decision and realize it is the wrong decision follow the procedures below to reverse the decision.
If Siteimprove indicated "this is not a problem" when you answered the question, click on the Resolved Issues tab on the left in Siteimprove > Main Menu > Accessibility > Resolved Issues and scroll until you see the potential issue category, click on it.
If Siteimprove indicated "this is a problem" when you answered the question, click on the Issues tab on the left in Siteimprove > Main Menu > Accessibility > Issues and scroll until you see the issue category. Click on it.
Navigate to the page that contains the item that was incorrectly marked as resolved. Click the name. When the Siteimprove Accessibility page report appears scroll down to the specific item you need to reverse the decision on and click on it.
Click the "Edit Review" drop-down and re-apply the correct decision.
